Step one, make a tiny hat, then add tinier goggles.
Step Two, float a headless goggled hat, a bowler to be specific, in the lazy liquid of a snow globe.
Step Three, shake the globe. When shaken, fill the liquid with swirling dark mystery, and a gaggle of tiny gear-shaped metallic bits, and one — just one — black top hat confetti piece. (Yes, it’s there, in the photos, but you have to really want to see it.)

“Gearly Beloved” one of a kind sparkle snow globe with sculpted miniature hat and mixed media goggles. Not recommend for looking at the solar eclipse, but perfectly effective for non-solar uses that don’t involve bright sunshine or eyeballs.
